Fees and Service
My fee includes the following services:
Unlimited access to all my ceremony resources.
- This will enable us to design a truly unique ceremony together.
Completion and lodgement of all documentation.
- I will guide you in the completion of all the legal paperwork, and then lodge the necessary documentation with the Registry of Birth, Deaths and Marriages.
Unlimited assistance.
- I am available any time you wish to discuss or go through any of your arrangements as often as you need to, by phone, email, or in person.
A Keepsake copy of your ceremony.
- You will receive a presentation copy of your complete ceremony, (as you will probably not remember what you said on the day!).
- I will also provide the readings and vows on cards (one less thing for you to remember to bring).
PA System.
I use a quality sound system, so your ceremony will be heard by everyone. This includes an extra microphone for the readers. It also allows you to play all your ceremony music through the speakers.
A beautifully performed ceremony on the day.
- I arrive at the venue well before the start time to ensure everything runs smoothly. My role is to guide and support you as a couple and to ensure your family and friends participate and enjoy the occasion.
Rehearsal
A rehearsal or run through at my home-office or on site at no extra charge.
- There is no travel charge to venues
- Signing table and cloth if required for those out of the way ceremony sites.
- A portable BOSE speaker and ipod to ensure beautiful music can be played conveniently on the day. I am more than happy to download any special song for you to play during your ceremony for no extra charge.
